Our Scouts were hard at work helping with the food drive organized by Sri Lankan Muslim Association at Edison (SLMANJ). It was tough moving food boxes and crates for multiple hours but we were very happy giving back to the community, and especially in times of need. Go Troop #571!

Very proud of our Scout, Kamil Arif! Soon after the COVID-19 crisis hit, Kamil launched his Eagle Project ​"CoverOEM" to help manufacture and provide the Old Bridge Office of Emergency Management (OEM) with PPE and provide much-needed help for the first responders.

Kamil Muhammad Arif is currently homeschooled junior from Old Bridge. He is a Life Scout with Troop 571 from the Islamic Center of East Brunswick and the lead programmer with his First Tech Challenge team. Soon after the COVID-19 crisis hit, he launched his Eagle Project ​"CoverOEM." As of today, Kamil has provided the Office of Emergency Management with 826 face shields and 101 face masks.
