EB Christmas Parade 2025

I’m going to try to keep this post as short, but sincere as possible.

I know it sounds cliché, but we cannot thank everyone enough for all the support of the East Bernard Christmas parade, particularly this year! Like any volunteer activity there’s lots of countless behind the scenes duties that go into making this parade happen. Then as a Parade Committee, we just hope and pray that everyone shows up for the 30-45 minutes of fun, feels the Christmas spirit & relishes in the pride we have for our community! 

AND that’s exactly what happened!!! So thank YOU East Bernard for being resilient and being a community that rallies!

Lastly and probabably the reason you have made it this far in my post …. We have our float and residential light winners!

Yall, this was a hard choice this year. We had over 30 floats entries (biggest parade yet to my knowledge) and 20 residential house nominees. (Actually, due to the drastic increase in participation for the residential house contest and the amount of blood sweat and tears that went into some of these decorations, we decided to hand out a 2nd and 3rd place prize because the competition was so great! 2nd place will receive a $50 cash reward and 3rd place will receive $25 cash reward). Sooooo the winners are:

Some last minute reminders before the parade tomorrow night!!!!!

1. See the attached picture for a final list of the parade participants and their corresponding staging #’s.

2. Please remember that Glory Bean, the EB Emporium & Traditions Chevrolet will have extended hours. Please take the time to stop in and shop these local businesses prior to the parade.

3. Lastly, here’s a shout out to all the family cooks!! Take the night off and bring the family to eat at the scruptious food trucks! They will be parked in the Community Fellowship/Savon Parking Lot.

We will have: Lil Bubba's Chicken - R2G , Bases Loaded Food Truck, Taqueria Martinez, C & A Concessions and Mary’s Sweet Shoppe to fill our bellies! They will be ready to serve around 5:30pm so come early, eat, shop and then hop on your float for the BIGGEST EAST BERNARD CHRISTMAS PARADE to date!

Please look at the list below, and if you do not see your organization’s float on the list, please respond to this post asap! If you are missing, it’s not because we do not want you in the parade. It’s just because we’ve been making lots of changes in a short period of time!

Thank you everyone who sent in nominations. It was a tough decision. We, as a community, are incredibly lucky to have so many folks that wholeheartedly contribute to our community!

Goooooodd Morning East Bernard!! Just a quick status update….

We are T-10 days until our small town parade and we only have 16 floats!!! We need MORE!!! Please encourage any businesses & friends/family to sign up!!! You do not have to have a float! We’ve had lawn mowers, go carts, UTV’s, even just people pulling wagons!

🌟 Heads up Christmas parade fans! 🌟

This year’s parade will follow a slightly new route, so join us along the updated route for a festive night in our small town!

The parade will go down Pietzsch Street instead of Leveridge Street for the home stretch.
