Because of you, lawmakers heard directly from the people most impacted by their decisions.

Over the course of this legislative session, community members from across Louisiana showed up, spoke out, shared their stories, and demanded to be heard. Whether you attended a committee hearing, submitted testimony, made a phone call, sent an email, or helped spread the word—your voice mattered.

Advocacy is strongest when it comes from the people living the realities of these policies every day. Together, we reminded elected officials that government works best when it listens to the people it serves.

Thank you to our coalition partners, community leaders, advocates, and supporters for standing with us in the fight for a more equitable Louisiana. This work continues, and we’re grateful to be in it with you. 💙

The final passage of the diluted 5-1 map today is political violence. Louisiana is indeed under the worst leadership in recent history. We will continue to fight to change that…

We are standing with our Baton Rouge community in the midst of yet another senseless tragedy. Today a normal day in the Mall of Louisiana took an unexpected turn.

We are praying and available if needed, just reach out! We have several free wellness tools in our bio. We LOVE YOU!

Still processing this devastating and senseless tragedy. As a community we must pull together to use our strength, resources and expertise to support these impacted families.

Please be intentional and respectful of not sharing images of the k*ller, the victims, especially when the images include survivors. We are still learning information including the identities. Women and children deserve better and safer lives! We all have work to do!!
