The Rural Outreach Center Our mission is to eradicate rural poverty in Western New York. We assist, empower, and elevate our Participants to self-sufficiency.

We provide counseling for adults in grief and loss, trauma, and other mental health issues, as well as play therapy for children experiencing a wide variety of stressors, including trauma, grief and loss, divorce, and difficulties with social interactions. We operate a Redistribution Center for furniture and appliances. Call 716-777-4007 for more information. We support individuals living in rural poverty through a variety of programs. Join us on November 2nd for HEAP application assistance, resources for utility assistance, & so much more! Whether you have a simple question or want help with an application, representatives from these agencies will be on hand to offer their support.
This event is appointment only. You will make your appointment when you arrive at The ROC day-of. Be sure to bring all the paperwork you'll need!
Agencies will be available between 9am-4pm.

The Rural Outreach Center will be closed on Monday, October 12th. If you need emergency assistance during that time, please call 911 or Crisis Services at (716) 834-3131. The ROC will reopen with our normal hours on Tuesday, October 13th.
