The Rural Outreach Center

The Rural Outreach Center Our mission is to eradicate rural poverty in Western New York. We assist, empower, and elevate our Participants to self-sufficiency.

We provide counseling for adults in grief and loss, trauma, and other mental health issues, as well as play therapy for children experiencing a wide variety of stressors, including trauma, grief and loss, divorce, and difficulties with social interactions. We operate a Redistribution Center for furniture and appliances. Call 716-777-4007 for more information. We support individuals living in rural poverty through a variety of programs. The Rural Outreach Center will be closed on Monday, September 7th in recognition of Labor Day. If you need emergency assistance during that time, please call 911 or Crisis Services at (716) 834-3131. The ROC will reopen with our normal hours on Tuesday, September 8th.
