20% of your dine-in and takeout orders will go to the foundation to help us with our mission to bring fitness and nutrition education, outreach, and service to our local communities!

Just dropped off three new bikes with helmets and locks at Eastern Hills Church for the Christmas Store. Huge thanks to members of Colorado Workout Warriors who contributed to donate two of the bikes!! Glad to help give the gift of fitness and fun to some deserving kids this season! 🎄🚲❤️💚

It was an honor working with Eastern Hills Community Church this morning and the Thanksgiving Marketplace food drive! Several of this morning’s volunteers came from AnderLoch Fitness & Nutrition and Colorado Workout Warriors - and we are grateful for y’all’s eagerness to help! Over 1,500 Thanksgiving meal kits were assembled this morning, and approximately 400 were hand-delivered to families. Thank you to everyone who helped!!
