A few weeks ago, we held our 15th Annual RVS golf tournament. Despite bad weather later in the day that delayed play (for the first time in 15 years!), it was still a successful and incredibly fun day.

What made it even more special was that one of our current recipients, Gabby Leacock, was able to join us!

God blessed us with another year of beautiful weather for our ceremony!

Today, we welcomed our newest recipient, Audrey Ann Porter, to the RVS family at beautiful Arran Farm.

We were also very excited to see and catch up with two of our current recipients, Amy Easlick and Gabby Leacock.

Thanks to everyone who was able to come and we hope and pray y’all have a fun and safe summer!

Our 15th Annual Rice Vinskus Scholarship golf tournament will be held at Southern Oaks on Friday, May 2nd.

We would love for you and/or your business to partner alongside us as a flag, hole, or door prize sponsor! We are always happy to provide our EIN as a qualified non-profit.

We also have team spots available, so please let us know if you’d like to put in a team (or we can always pair you up).

Today is our most favorite day of the year… the day we meet our newest recipients!

We feel so blessed to say we welcomed FOUR new students to the RVS family and are also excited to announce a brand new tradition.

We are only allowed to do what we do because of God’s blessings and the community around us. In our last 16 years, we have had so many businesses and individuals step up and continually contribute to our efforts year after year. In an effort to honor those incredible supporters, each recipient (starting this year) will receive a named award.

Please welcome to the RVS family:

- D’Aven Davis, recipient of the Foothills Motor Sports Award of The Rice Vinskus Scholarship

- Gabby Leacock, recipient of the Middlebrooks Award of The Rice Vinskus Scholarship

- Sydney Siders, recipient of the Shirley Po***ck Collins Award of The Rice Vinskus Scholarship

- Emmie Williams, recipient of the Mark and Darlene Powers Award of The Rice Vinskus Scholarship

We will feature more details about these awards later this summer, so stay tuned!

It was also wonderful to have one of our past recipients, Lance Kinard, join us today to speak to our new students. It’s always so great to see former recipients come back and catch us up on their lives 💕

Last, but definitely not least, a huge THANK YOU to Arran Farm Events for allowing us to use your beautiful space for the fifth year in a row. You are always so generous and we are so grateful for your generosity!

Congratulations to all of our new and current recipients and hope you all have a wonderful summer!

It was a FANTASTIC day for a golf tournament! ⛳️

We had our second best year to date yesterday due to the amazing support of our friends, family, and community.

A HUGE thank you to all of those who donated, played, volunteered, and showed UP to help support all that we do. Because of you, we are able to take on FOUR new recipients for the upcoming school year 🤯

Our 14th Annual Rice Vinskus Scholarship golf tournament will be held at Southern Oaks and we’d love for you to join us!
