Miss Piedmont Region Scholarship Program Miss Piedmont Region, Miss Blue Ridge, and Miss Cardinal are official local pageants for the Miss Virginia Opportunity.

In 2026, these titles were be crowned on April 12 at the the first digital Sweeps Pageant in the state. Miss Piedmont Region is a local pageant within the Miss Virginia Opportunity and the Miss America Opportunity.
