A 3 y-o girl needed a bed today.
She was so excited to get her bed.

We got it done this morning. We built 20 beds for kids in our local community.

If you gave money….thank you.

If you donated bedding…thank you.

If you volunteered….thank you.

If you are a core team member and showed up early to set up and stayed to finish up…thank you.

It takes a village to help those in our village who are in need. Kids are stuck in their circumstances and need our help.

What do we need? We need more core team members. Some of them have been with us for years and are tired, or in need of a break. We are all volunteers and need your help. One Saturday morning a month, maybe an hour coming or two each month to deliver beds (which is the BEST part!).

Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) is seeking a creative and tech-savvy individual to join our Core Team as a Social Media Manager. This exciting role involves using your skills to amplify our mission and impact on the community.

As our Social Media Manager, you will:

Manage and grow our social media presence.
Create engaging content to inspire and inform our audience.
Build relationships with local media and influencers.
Collaborate with our team to share inspiring stories.

We had a group from Germany come to the bed build today at Early First Baptist Church. They raised money by selling waffles at their church in Germany and donated $470 to help make sure NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN!
