Montgomery County Hero Fund The Montgomery County Hero Fund is a 501 (C)(3) corporation that was founded in 2012 by Sean E. Cull May God bless all of you and keep you safe in your duties.

The Montgomery County Hero Fund is a 501 (C)(3) corporation that was founded in 2012 by Sharon and Sean E. Cullen in response to the murder of Officer Brad Fox of the Plymouth Township Police Department and United States Marine Corps (Ret.). The purpose of the fund is to provide immediate and ongoing relief and services to any Law Enforcement Officer, Military Personnel, Firemen, Paramedics and/or

First Responders or their loved ones as a result of tragedy on duty in or in service of the people of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Through the hard work of Chief Thomas Oโ€™Donnell, of the Norristown Fire Department, and Officer Brian Saxon, of the Norristown Police Department, in a little less than a month and after the Hurricane this fall we were able to bring together about 1000 people in support of Officer Foxโ€™s Family at the Elmwood Park Zoo. However, events like this take time and planning and it became very clear we needed to harness the truly generous and good nature of the people of Montgomery County and their respect for Law Enforcement, Military Personnel, Firemen, Paramedics and/or First Responders in case it is immediately needed in an emergency. The Mission of the Montgomery County Hero Fund is to immediately guarantee that the acts of a Hero will never be forgotten and that we will always rise to the challenge of making sure sacrifice will never be in vain and that Law Enforcement Officers, Military Personnel, Firemen, Paramedics and/or First Responders and their love ones will be protected and cared for in the event of tragedy. We wanted to thank all Members of Law Enforcement, Military Personnel, Firemen, Paramedics and First Responders for your service and assure you that we stand ready if needed. With Gratitude for Your Service,
Montgomery County Hero Fund

We received word today that Everett Claytonโ€™s Petition for Allowance of Appeal has been DENIED

This would not have been possible without the dedication, diligence, and integrity of everyone involved in helping secure and uphold Everettโ€™s conviction. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to each and every one of those individuals.

After nearly four years of an investigation, hearings, trial, sentencing, and appeals, the conviction stands.

Everett is one of two individuals responsible for Kellie and Emersynโ€™s deaths and the only one to face justice for Emersyn. While we are thankful for that, we continue to advocate for change so that our unborn children are equally recognized and protected under the law, and so that all those responsible face justice.

Although there is still plenty more work that needs to be done, todayโ€™s decision allows for some breathing room. A grateful moment to just be still

On this Sunday morning, the Montgomery County Hero Fund extends our deepest condolences and heartfelt prayers to the Central Berks Police Department in neighboring Berks County as they mourn the tragic loss of Officer Kristen Yeager.

Today, we join the law enforcement community in honoring a hero who made the ultimate sacrifice while responding to a call for service on May 29, 2026.

Officer Yeager served her community with courage, compassion, and unwavering dedication. Each day, she answered the call to protect and serve, placing the safety and well-being of others above her own. Her commitment to her badge, her fellow officers, and the citizens she served will never be forgotten.

We ask our supporters and community members to keep Officer Yeager's family, friends, colleagues, and the entire Central Berks Police Department in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

May we never forget the sacrifice she made in service to others.

Rest easy, Officer Yeager. Your watch has ended, but your legacy of service, courage, and selflessness will live on forever. We have it from here.

At the Montgomery County Hero Fund, our mission has always been simple: to stand with those who stand for us. This weekend, we remember not only the fallen, but also the families, fellow service members, first responders, and communities who carry their legacy forward every day.

As we gather with loved ones this holiday weekend, may we take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day โ€” gratitude for those who gave everything so we could live in freedom and safety.
