Dear Eagle Field of Honor Supporters,

The 20th Annual Eagle Field of Honor has come to an end. It is very hard to believe it has been 20 YEARS! This year had me reflecting on the journey we embarked on so many years ago. One thing stands out like a beacon of light and fills my heart with overwhelming joy. Strangers who have become friends and friends who have become family. When the flags go up, it’s like a family reunion. It is awe-inspiring to witness how 600 beautiful pieces of fabric displaying the Stars and Stripes of our great nation, can bring people together to create everlasting bonds. Each year those bonds grow stronger. With the joy of seeing friends again, we also experience the sadness of friends and family we have lost. The Eagle Field of Honor provides a place to share our experiences with each other. This can include grief, pride, laughter, joy, and ultimately, healing. We want to thank each and every one of you for your support. Because of you, our family will continue to bring the Eagle Field of Honor to our community. Until we meet again on the field of green surrounded by those 600 beautiful U.S. flags, may God bless you, keep you safe and bring you peace.

What a wonderful Memorial Day we had. The breeze was blowing perfectly to make these flags fly proudly. We are so grateful to all who have served and those currently serving. May God Bless you all.

Every yellow ribbon tells a story. Stories about heroes who chose so selflessly to protect and serve this great country. Stories that have been told countless times and stories that are shared for the first time. The Eagle Field of Honor is a special place and we encourage everyone to come listen to the many stories this place holds.

As you stand with the flags and hear TAPS played in the background, it brings you to a halt. You stand motionless as the sounds of the bugle reminds you of the sacrifices of those who served selflessly so that we may live free.
