Attention nonprofits! Mark your calendars for an informative panel discussion with various businesses and local industry experts as we discuss different topics as they relate to fundraising events.

Join us November 19th at the historic Egyptian Theater with registration beginning at 8:30am. Pick and choose the topics or join us all day! This panel discussion promises to be packed with valuable sessions designed to elevate your event planning and fundraisers! Nonprofit MVP Panel Discussion | Auction Frogs

9am: Best practices when contracting with event venues, AV lighting and necessities for the event and general presentation during event as well as event set up, design, and event flow considerations.

10am: This panel will focus on Online Auction Optimization and Event Management administration processes to guide nonprofit organization in using auction software effectively, focusing on strategies to communicate to bidders and boost participation. Experts will also cover key event management practices with event software, emphasizing user experience, simplifying registration and transaction data along with importance of post-event reporting to maximize auction and future event success.

11am: We'll talk about the good and the bad with sponsorship activation. We'll review good practices and examples of bad ex*****on. You'll hear from locals about their stories to give you good ideas and what to avoid.
