We had a great training on 4/28/26 with SASCS on basement fire attack methods!
We also did training on pump ops and some of our newer members got to drive trucks 🚒

On International Firefighters’ Day, we recognize those who run toward danger when others run away—protecting lives, homes, and communities without hesitation.

On March 11, our team participated in an ice water rescue training to ensure our equipment is working as it should and to sharpen our skills in cold-water emergencies

We also had the opportunity to train alongside other local agencies 🚒🚓

Staying prepared means staying ready to serve our community in any conditions.

Last night we held our Annual Banquet. This is where we celebrate accomplishments, have fellowship and look forward to another year!

A few highlights:
* Honoring Adam Johnson's retirement from the department
*Acknowledged the 176 calls we responded to within the year
*Good conversation and laughs with our retirees
*Thanked Vern Simpson for his service as the ELFD Chief

A huge shout-out the Eagle Lake American Legion and Najwa's Catering for making this night a success.

Finally, thank you to all our spouses and families for the continual support when we attend calls, meetings, trainings ect 🚒
