Aspen One is hosting a Party to the Polls in partnership with the ACLU to help turn out the vote and educate locals on the ballot. It will be Wednesday, October 21 from 4pm to 7pm at TACAW (400 Robinson St, Basalt, CO). In the Roaring Fork Valley, there are 40+ candidates and ballot measures, many related to climate, democracy, LGBT+ rights, and education. We’ll have experts from local nonprofit including ACES, Mountain Action Indivisible, Mountain Bio, AspenOUT, and others to help educate voters on the ballot measures that relate to their missions. We’ll have free pizza and Ben & Jerry’s.

Our October 13 Ballots & Brews event is officially at maximum capacity! The response has been so incredible that we decided one night simply wasn’t enough. So please join us for Ballots & Brews: Round 2!

Join Eagle County Democrats and Chris Romer, President & CEO of Vail Valley Partnership, for a nonpartisan review of the General Election ballot initiatives.

With a long list of initiatives on this year’s ballot, Chris will provide a “just the facts” overview to help you understand what each measure does and what a YES or NO vote means—so you can make your own informed decisions.
