🎃 Not everything frightening is visible.
Behind closed doors.
Behind a smile.
Behind a “I'm okay.”
Behind the mask we sometimes wear.
This October, we're looking beyond what we see and shining a little light on the mental health struggles, experiences, and communities that deserve to be recognized.
🕯️ Awareness is a way of bringing things out of the shadows.
Check out our October Mental Health Awareness Calendar and discover the many opportunities this month to learn, listen, connect, and support one another.
Because sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply see someone, hear someone, and remind them they're not alone.
🖤 Stronger Together.
