If you were licensed in California before Jan. 1, 2024, don’t forget to file your annual report with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) by March 15, 2025! 📅

🔹 Debt Collectors & Debt Buyers – Required to report account collections, outstanding debt, total proceeds, and more under the Debt Collection Licensing Act (DCLA).
🔹 Student Loan Servicers – Must submit their annual report per the Student Loan Servicing Act (SLSA), even if no business was conducted in 2024.
🔹 All licensees must file, even if they had no business activity last year!
