Public speaking doesn't have to be scary. We are a diverse group of individuals trying to improve our communication skills. We support one another as we give speeches, practice thinking on our feet, and take on the duties that make meetings run smoothly. With about 20 members in our club, our meetings give us a chance to get to know one another, joined in the laughter, and participate. Sometimes w

ith a duty, sometimes just by being there. Our club actively promotes social functions, too. Pizza at the Italian Pie Shoppe. Christmas at Bucca's with partners. When guests visit our club, they notice our atmosphere is warm and inviting. And while we encourage guests to visit other clubs to find a group that fits them, we're quite confident they'll be back to visit us again. Because at Speak N Eagan, we make learning fun.

We are meeting via Zoom every other Thursday. Social time starts at 6:30pm and the meeting starts at 6:45.

We will meet again this week (August 8) with Voices of Destiny Toastmasters, at their location: Destiny Christian Church, 12119 16th Ave S, Burnsville, MN 55337. The meeting will start at 7:00, and people are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes early. There are three entrances that can be seen in front of the building. The middle entrance is the main one, and they will have a Greeter stationed outside to guide you to the meeting room. As always, everyone is welcome. ~ Rita U.

Heads Up! We will be meeting at a different location this week.

Speak-N-Eagan will be meeting jointly with the Voice of Destiny Toastmasters Group this Thursday, June 13 at the Voice of Destiny location: 12119 16th Ave S, Burnsville, MN 55337. Everyone is welcome to join us!

The meeting will start at 7:00 pm. Doors open around 6:45.
