Dear Someday Foundation Supporters:

We hope this message finds you and yours healthy and safe as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.

All of us at the Someday Foundation are committed to doing our part to keep this virus contained. In doing so, we regret to inform you that we will be cancelling our annual Swing for a Cure golf outing, which was to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020. We are very disappointed we must cancel but your health and safety are more important during this time.

However, while we won't be able to hold an in-person event, we would like to give you the opportunity to make a donation should you choose to do so. Below are options to donate:

Looking for something to do today? Come out to 10 pin alley in Fitchburg and cheer on the bowlers! You can get in on the raffles!

On Saturday, February 29, the Someday Foundation will be holding its annual Strike for A Cure to raise funds to help others in need. The event will be held at Ten Pin Alley, 6285 Nesbitt Road, Fitchburg, WI 53719. Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. so we can start the at event at noon.

Grab your friends and family and plan on a day of fun. We will have raffles and auction items - fun for the whole family! The cost of the event is $35 per bowler.

For our Iowa friends, we will once again have a bus to transport you safely from the Dyersville area to Fitchburg, WI and back home for the low, low price of $55 per bowler. Please reach out to Dave Boekholder ([email protected]) to make your arrangements and register for the bus.

If you are unable to join us this year you can participate by sponsoring a lane. The cost is $50 for a sign. Please contact Jeff Boekholder ([email protected]) for more information. All lane sponsorships need to be communicated no later than February 14, 2020.

This year for registration prepayment you can do so by paying via Venmo, Someday-Foundation. Of course you can still pay the day of the event but we will still need you to register. Send an email to either Laurie Arneson ([email protected]) or Jeff Boekholder ([email protected])to reserve your spot.

We are always happy to have volunteers (great for high school kids looking for community service hours) so please contact Margy Hellenbrand ([email protected]) if you would like to volunteer.

2020 Stike for a Cure!!!!
