Congratulation to Mitchell Poke our HMIS Administrator and Mia Keyes, our SSVF Case Manager! You are TWO of the BEST!

HMIS is a secure web-based centralized database where non-profit organizations across our community enter, manage, share and report information about the homeless clients that they serve. All of the data collected is reported to HUD, who in turn allots West TN grants based off of the information reported.

The Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program (SSVF),is a supportive services outreach program operated by Tennessee Homeless Solutions. The SSVF is a community-based program which will provide a range of supportive services to very low income Veteran families in or transitioning to permanent housing to promote housing stability. The primary goals are to assist families transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing and prevent at-risk families from becoming homeless

December 2025 was a busy month! We would like to thank everyone who attended our open house for the RC Center in Jackson, TN! The program is scheduled to take off in January! The RC Center is named in memory of Robyn Cantrell, she was a warrior for the homeless and we miss her everyday. May her memory live on forever in the minds and hearts of everyone she touched.

The Labor Day holiday feels like the perfect opportunity to pause and appreciate how far we’ve come as a nonprofit. And in doing so, we recognize that our growth would not have been possible without our wonderful community of donors, volunteers, and community supporters.
