Tonight, the Dyer County Master Gardeners were recognized with the DAR Community Service Award during our local chapter’s beautiful celebration of the USA’s 250th anniversary. We are so grateful for this acknowledgment of our volunteer work and the love we pour into our community gardens, education programs, and environmental stewardship.
The DAR Community Service Award honors outstanding, unpaid volunteer service that makes a meaningful impact — which makes this recognition especially touching for our Association.
Thank you to the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution Key Corner Chapter for such a lovely evening and for celebrating the power of community service. 🌱💚
Here’s to growing beauty, connection, and pride in Dyer County.
