Do you want to help make Duxbury HS Graduation Beautiful for the Class of 2026?

It is that time of year again. Help is needed to decorate the stage with flowers for the Class of 2026.

The commitment is:

1. 6/5 Friday evening between 3 and 5. (Times change, depending on how many volunteers we get and when the stage people come to set up). We wrap the flowers in green plastic and tulle and place them on the stage and around it.

2. 6/6 Help de decorate on Saturday after graduation (1ish) and put the flowers back into the trucks to bring back to Sunshine Gardens nursery.

3. I am looking for 2 pick up trucks or large SUVs to help pick up flowers at Sunshine Gardens Friday night and bring them to the school and then bring them back on Saturday.

We will take any amount of time people are willing to offer. If you would like to help, please respond below!

In a fabulous partnership with the Duxbury Senior Center, Duxbury High School has held a financial literacy fair for DHS seniors since 2016! The Credit for Life Fair gives students an opportunity to rehearse the real-world experience of balancing a monthly budget in a chosen career, working through a series of booths (rent, utilities, car payments, groceries, entertainment, clothing, etc) to build a monthly budget that works.
