Hey everyone!!! Sorry I've been super slammed lately!
BUT I want to take a minute and put this out there. I apologize if feelers get hurt but this needs to be said.
Just yesterday/last night here in socal we had 8 riders go down! 1 I know was a fatality, 1 was a super close club brother who by the grace of God is still here with us, unfortunately not 100% on the others just what I've heard.
With summer being here, and all these club events and rides going on i feel the need and urgency to speak my mind. If you are going to be out partying, drinking etc PLEASE don't make the choice to get on your bike! As club members and solo riders even tho we are all grown adults need to look out and start putting our foot down on our brothers and sister riding when they shouldn't. I know we all show out and act a fool and push lines sometimes. BUT after witnessing what I did last night with a loved brother I will be putting my foot down and doing anything in my power to make sure none of you get on a bike or act a fool if you've been partying. We need to start actually putting policies/foot down to this.
We as riders already have the odds against us. Let's please stop making the odds worse for clout, a min of fun that can end your life, or to show out. For the riders who show up in vehicles I hole you even more so responsible because you KNOW as a rider to keep your fu***ng eyes open. I get accidents happen but when it comes to our lives we need to be as vigilant as possible.
PLEASE wether you ride in a club or solo lets try to work on this!! I will be looking into having First responders at our next event or one of the future ones to do a course/ run thru of do's and don'ts of responding and being 1st on scene of an accident. I know from my previous training you are not supposed to pull helmets off, move the person etc. But I feel if more were awear of what doing those things can harm worse it may help with the panic aspect.
If anyone has any input please feel free to drop it here or message me!!
To all the fallen riders i am sending prayers to clubs, family, and friends. To our riders who are injured prayers for speedy recovery.

stay safe out there y'all
