Meet Jacinta Walker, Founder of Equal Pay Project and WholeView Report.🙌

Jacinta built WholeView Report after spending 25 years navigating a hiring system that consistently overlooked her potential. She even had to change her name on her resume just to get a callback. Instead of accepting that as the norm, she turned that experience into a solution — creating an HR-tech platform that makes verified, real-world skills visible to hiring managers who are ready to see the whole person behind the resume.

This month we’re celebrating Jacinta and the work she’s doing to make hiring more human, more equitable, and more accurate for everyone.

We didn’t just move into a new space. We’re building something we’ve been working toward for a long time.

echo started with one idea: Entrepreneurs Build Entrepreneurs. Not alone at a desk, but together, with peers, mentors, and people who actually get it. That’s still the whole point.

The new space at 404 Hunt St. is the fullest version of that belief yet. The mural on the wall, the community inside it, the founding memberships - it’s all part of the same story.

A small group of Founding Circle memberships are still available. Founding members co-design what echo becomes next. Spots are limited and filling up fast.

And on June 25, we’re opening the doors. Come see the space, meet the community, and be part of the moment it all comes together.

Two ways to be part of what’s next - links in bio.

$85/month for everything echo has to offer.

Coaching, community, programming, and daily access to our new space. That’s 55% off, locked in for 12 months.

It’s called the Founding Circle because the people who join now aren’t just members. They’re the ones who help shape what echo becomes next.

What that looks like in practice: Huddles with industry experts, Peer Pods for casual conversation with colleagues, Unstuck workshops, access to the full echo community, a home base at 404 Hunt St. in Durham (a space built for the way entrepreneurs actually work), and much more.

The Founding Circle closes on June 25 at our Grand Opening. After that, this rate is gone.

Meet Michael Bisse, Digital Transformation Consultant, founder of Urizon, and our June/July Huddle facilitator! 🤝

Michael helps professionals turn market gaps into opportunities through AI, digital strategy, and venture development, and now he’s bringing that expertise to echo’s Huddle series on Customer Discovery.

In these sessions, he’ll guide entrepreneurs through identifying and interviewing their target customers, uncovering real problems and unmet needs, and validating their business idea before investing further. If you’ve ever wondered whether people actually want what you’re building, this one’s for you.
