⭐ Let’s Build the Community We Want: Starting at 4-H Day of Service: Register by May 22nd! ⭐

Communities don’t improve by accident — they improve because people like you get involved.

Friday is your last chance to join the NH 4‑H Day of Service and help create the kind of New Hampshire we all want to live in: caring, connected, and full of possibility.

Take action. Make change. One step at a time.

Mark your calendars, spread the word, and get ready for a day of service, community, and FUN. https://extension.unh.edu/event/2026/06/4-h-day-service-walk-68-miles-end-68-hours-hunger

NH 4‑H Day of Service: Walk 6.8 Miles for End 68 Hours of Hunger!

Our teams are gearing up for June 6 — walking laps together to shine a light on childhood hunger across New Hampshire. Every participant signs up individually so we can support them fully, but the walking happens as a team. No one does this alone.

💚 Fundraising is optional, but if your group wants to go the extra mile, here’s an easy way to make a big impact:
Your team can write a short letter together explaining why this cause matters to you, then share the donation link (or a QR code!) with friends, family, and neighbors.

🟢 Donations go directly to End 68 Hours of Hunger, and supporters can choose the program that matters most to them — like Weare, Dover, or any local program. There’s also a statewide “where most needed” fund that helps programs most in need, some distribute over 400 weekend food bags every week.

📋 Teams can keep simple records of the donations they inspire — anything from a notebook to an Excel sheet works. The 4‑H Guidebook includes examples, ideas, and a sample fundraising letter to help you get started.

Every step, every share, every conversation helps reduce stigma and strengthen our communities. Let’s walk with purpose and show New Hampshire what youth leadership looks like. 💪💚

Me, Myself, and Mindfulness - Virtual Series for Teens
June 1, 8, & 15

We’re inviting teens, ages 13-18, to join us for our three-week mindfulness series where we’ll use a mixture of virtual learning coupled with independent, self-paced activities. Participants will receive a Mindful Mechanics Journal Workbook as well as materials to complete select activities from the mindfulness curriculum. We’ll use our weekly meetings as an opportunity for participants to learn new skills and reflect on their own mindfulness journey in a safe and supportive environment.
