Community Health Coalition "My interest in community medicine is simple: the more people I reach, the more lives I help save." - Elaine Hart-Brothers, MD, MPH is the Chair.

The Community Health Coalition Team is lead by the Durham Academy of Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy (DAMDP). CHC consist of professionals with a variety of expertise and knowledge. Members range from community volunteers, students (graduates & undergraduates), nurses, nutritionist, internist, pharmacist, dentist, and family and specialty practice physicians.
