🌟 We had a fantastic turnout for our GLOW Mommy and Me Yoga event today! It was wonderful to see our girls and the community come together for some much-needed self-care.

In our Tuesday GLOW Session, we explored finding strength in our stress, and today’s yoga workshop built on that theme by focusing on stress management and relaxation techniques. With the guidance of our amazing instructor, Mary Justus, EEmbodied Essence, we delved into understanding the energy in our bodies, helping everyone reconnect and recharge.
