I purchased a warm up that had blue stripes down the pants leg of a black warmup online. I wanted to return it and this is their response.

Dear customer,

We are sorry that our products cannot satisfy you.
If you want to return the goods, I need to explain to you that you have to pay the freight and possible customs duties. We have a suggestion, in order to avoid you paying expensive transportation and customs duties, we hope you keep these clothes, we are willing to compensate you $8.

I think it it BS. Nowhere have you notified your Customers of your return polices. I have had to deal with these offshore sales before and I have won through AMX and I feel comfortable I'll win again. I'll get my money back and if you want the defective product you shipped me you can do your best to get it back reasonably. It's a piece of crap. Not only will I notify my 2,700 Facebook friends about your return policy but the fact you don't inspect what you ship. I'll be posting on all Social Media my experience so they can be aware of your practices along with the photos.

2023 CONCLAVE EVENT PACKAGE
Good Day Gentlemen,
We are excited to release our 3rd allocation of hotel rooms at the Sheraton hotel, along with the events package for the 2023 International Conclave.
You will find that the events are reasonably priced, given the location and quality of events. All events will include transportation and an open bar; we have created new events packages for Recent Graduates and Statesmen (Loyalty packages), with an equitable reduction in price. Overall the cost for financial members via the package is considerably less than that for non-financial members. Financial members that wish to purchase an events package will need to use Membership365 to realize the discount; fellowmen that are not financial or only wish to buy tickets A la Carte will need to use the Eventbrite link to purchase individual tickets. The link for Membership365 events packages is displayed below via the Black button; the link for the A la Carte tickets is displayed below via the Red button; and the link for the Sheraton Hotel is displayed via the Green button below.
Purchase your tickets early; we expect to sell out quickly, just as we did last year. The fellowship has worked very hard this fiscal year, and in July, it’s time to chart our path for the next year and dually Celebrate Our Success!!!!!!
