“I am always amazed at the real, tangible work that we are doing in our local community. The graduation and success coaches, coordinators and staff are truly dedicated to the students of Durham. They are excited about what they do, and are truly passionate about the students' success. It feels great to be a part of an organization that helps students right here in my hometown of Durham.”

“When we began to hear about COVID -19 and the possibilities of school closures, we felt the urgency to move to action quickly. I requested each Success & Graduation Coach create a virtual contingency work plan that would allow them to continue providing Math, ELA, Science, and Mentorship services for our students. Having no idea of the challenges we would face nor the depths of the unfamiliar, our Coaches through their determination and love for their students were able to continue this much-needed assistance. We meet weekly for updates and I have enjoyed observing the many group Zoom calls with our students which oftentimes has included parents as well. We are very proud to continue serving our students and we are now providing a demonstrated impact.”
