The Lincoln Community Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization that seeks to enhance the quality of health and improve access to healthcare in the Durham community. All funds raised help support patients at Lincoln Community Health Center in Durham, NC. The Foundation is needed because Lincoln Community Health Center's resources alone are not enough to serve the healthcare needs of our most v

ulnerable citizens. Lincoln sees over 32,000 low income patients annually, and many are under- and uninsured. Without your help, our patients would not be able to receive the medical care they need and maximize their potential to live healthy lives. It also includes hosting an annual Legacy Award Luncheon that recognizes pioneers and exceptional supporters of Lincoln Community Health Center. The Foundation makes an annual contribution to help meet ongoing needs at Lincoln Community Health Center. Grant requests from other organizations are not accepted.

For the third year in a row, Lincoln Community Health Center (LCHC) has been named a Gold Health Center Quality Leader by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)! This honor places LCHC in the top 10% of community health centers nationwide for clinical quality.
With more than 1,400 Federally Qualified Health Centers across the country, earning GOLD once is remarkable. Achieving it three years in a row reflects the unwavering dedication of our providers, staff, and partners to deliver the highest standard of care to Durham’s most vulnerable residents.
