Launch Carolinas Leadership Accelerator Program is now accepting applications. A transformative initiative backed by some of our region’s leading foundations, this program is dedicated to strengthening nonprofit leadership and deepening collaborations between funders and community organizations. Over the next four years, funding partners will invest $8M to support 48 nonprofit leaders through a competitive selection process.

Non-profit leaders interested in applying must:

🔹 Be the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, or President of a North Carolina or South Carolina organization;
🔹 Lead an organization with an operating budget of $150,000 to $1,500,000;
🔹 Address at least one of the priority social challenges - health outcomes, health care access, educational attainment, geographic isolation, or social vulnerability; and
🔹 Be trusted by the communities they serve and have a proven history of community service.
