Coginchaug Little League is a nonprofit youth sports organization whose mission is to promote, encourage, and assist the development of our participants as both athletes and citizens. For more than sixty years, thousands of girls and boys from Durham and Middlefield have participated in the softball and baseball programs offered by Coginchaug Little League. Despite our small size, we have a rich t

radition, having captured District Softball titles in 1989, 1992-1995, 1999, 2001, 2007, 2013, 2016-2018, 2020 and District Baseball titles in 1992, 1994, 2005, 2012, 2013, and 2016.

We’re proud to host the 10U Softball District Tournament (June 16–28) and 12U Baseball District Tournament (June 29–July 13)—a huge honor for our program!

To make this a success, we need help from our entire community—players, families, alumni, and supporters.

Congratulations to our alumni who celebrated their final home game as Strong Spartans yesterday!

The future is bright, as these two teams have combined for an impressive 17–5 record this season. We can’t wait to watch you play at the high school level.

Our Majors Baseball came out this morning to help out with our Dolphin Days Little Flippers 4 year old tee ball group! Today focused on learning the diamond, running the bases and of course hitting!

We are excited to once again participate in Durham’s Memorial Day Parade! Players, coaches, and families are invited to walk with us as we honor those who have served our country and represent our league in the community.

We will be meeting in the parking lot of Liberty Bank on Main Street at 8:30 AM.

Today our CK Tech Security 50/70 team partnered up with our Dolphin Day’s Flippers for a great four year old tee ball session. Our oldest boys were teaching our young kids fundamentals while giving back to the community that has helped shaped them!
