Our team is tuning cycles, checking equipment, and making sure everything is set for another great day of adaptive cycling, exercise, and community in Portsmouth. We can't wait to hit the trail and enjoy the ride together.

Our Education & Training Director, Crystal Skahan, was featured discussing adaptive paddleboarding and the importance of creating accessible paddling opportunities for people of all abilities. 🙌🛶

Crystal Skahan is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of New Hampshire's Department of Recreation Management and Policy. In addition, Crystal serves as the Education and Training Director at Northeast Passage, a Move United member organization affiliated with UNH’s College of Health and Human Services. A practitioner-scholar with expertise in adaptive sport and therapeutic recreation, they focus on accessibility in recreation. Crystal is involved with the American Canoe Association Universal Paddling Committee, so we are chatting today about adaptive paddleboarding. Tune in, link in the comments!

We don't know what happened in the equipment room, but apparently today's theme is RED. 🔴

Every piece of rental equipment heading out the door today just happens to be red.
Coincidence? Maybe.

A carefully coordinated fashion statement by our equipment fleet? Also maybe.

Either way, it's looking like a power day out there. 🔴😎

Looking for a fun way to stay active, learn a new sport, or just spend time with a great group of people? Join us this Thursday 5:30-6:30 PM at Rochester Hockey Rink for a recreational wheelchair lacrosse session!

This program is perfect for anyone interested in trying wheelchair lacrosse for the first time or for those who enjoy the sport but prefer a more relaxed, recreational experience rather than joining the competitive team. No previous experience or equipment is necessary—just come ready to have fun, build skills, and enjoy the game.

We hope to see you on the court!

Our Adaptive Sports & Recreation schedule features outdoor archery, cycling, and wheelchair lacrosse.

For Veterans, June brings a variety of recreation opportunities including freshwater and saltwater fly fishing, outdoor archery, air rifle target shooting, and kayak fishing.

Whether you're a seasoned participant or joining us for the first time, there's something for everyone this month. We can't wait to see you outside as things start to heat up!

The Wildcats are headed to Blaine, Minnesota for the 2026 Hendrickson Foundation National Hockey Festival! 🏒🔥

NEP Sled Hockey will compete in the Adult A Division this Thursday through Sunday in the Wildcat’s final tournament of the season. Let’s finish strong! 💪🐾
