If It Sounds Too Good to Be True, It Probably Is!
Scammers often use impersonations, fake offers, requests for help, and "money mule" schemes. Stay skeptical of offers that seem too good to be true, and verify any unexpected requests directly with the source.

Recognize Fraud Signs:

Fight Back Against Scams:
If you become a victim of a financial scam, don't hesitate to take action. Contact your financial institution immediately to stop transfers and secure compromised accounts.

Special thanks to United for a Fair Economy's The Living Wage Network Living Wage Network for holding their annual retreat at Avila for the second year in a row.

It's the perfect time of year to cozy up with a good book. Our Activist Library houses dozens of enriching books available to anyone in the space. We are also always taking recommendations for new (or old!) books to add!
