🇵🇭💚 Maligayang Araw ng Kalayaan!

Ngayong ika-12 ng Hunyo, ginugunita natin ang katapangan at sakripisyo ng mga Pilipinong nagtaguyod ng ating kalayaan. Habang ipinagdiriwang natin ang ating kasarinlan bilang bansa, nawa'y alalahanin din natin ang ating pananagutan na pangalagaan ang mga biyayang ipinagkaloob sa atin—ang ating kalikasan, mga likas na yaman, at mga pamayanan.

Sa pamamagitan ng 𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗘 (𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲), isinusulong natin ang isang kinabukasang malaya sa pagkasira ng kalikasan, kawalan ng pagkain, at hindi napapanatiling kabuhayan. Isang kinabukasang kung saan ang tao at kalikasan ay sama-samang umuunlad.

🇵🇭 Kalayaan para sa tao.
🌱 Pagpapanumbalik para sa kalikasan.
🤝 Kaunlaran para sa mga pamayanan.

Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang ang kalayaan sa pamamagitan ng pagiging mabuting katiwala ng ating bayan at ng ating likas na yaman.

💚🐦 Meet the 𝐊𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭 — Palawan's remarkable 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲-𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘁-𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘁 (𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙪𝙨 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙚).

Found only in Palawan, the Kilit is more than just a beautiful bird. Once regarded by many farmers as an agricultural pest, it is now becoming a symbol of biodiversity conservation and community stewardship. With its population estimated at around 10,000 individuals and threatened by habitat loss and poaching, the Kilit's survival depends on how we choose to value and protect the natural world around us.

The story of the Kilit reminds us that conservation begins with understanding. By protecting forests, restoring habitats, and educating communities, we help ensure that future generations will continue to hear the vibrant calls of this unique Palawan treasure. 💚
