Midtown Housing Coalition This is an architectural rendering. Our Vision -
To establish an affordable neighborhood of 20 to 24 tiny homes with a community center.

Our mission is to support intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals, veterans/first responders with disabilities in Durham and the Triangle with independent & affordable housing that is safe and inclusive. There will be space for outdoor activities such as a gazebo, a bbq grill, and garden areas. The community center would conduct programs of interest to everyone in the neighborhood.

Some of the proposed activities would include but not limited to; exercise classes, dance lessons, cooking classes, movie night, dances, and holiday parties. People from surrounding communities would be invited to join.
