Dear Resident(s) and Property Owner(s),
We are writing to inform you about an upcoming in-person neighborhood meeting regarding the redevelopment of the old Bragtown School Site. Presently, the project proposes 299 apartments with a building height of no more than sixty (60) feet, and a minimum of 5% of the total units shall be committed as income restricted units to households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income. The purpose of the in-person neighborhood meeting is to gather resident input on the proposal.
Community Meeting Details:
We will host an IN-PERSON neighborhood meeting on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Braggtown Baptist Church, 3218 North Roxboro Street, Durham, NC 27704.
***Please park in the rear of the church. Walk down the ramp to enter the back door. From there, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Please sign in and sit in the blue chairs towards the front of the room. Light refreshments will be available.
