You probably couldn’t see our conductor’s face during the Dies Irae portion of the requiem yesterday, so we had some of our singers model their version of Dr. Wynkoop’s expression!

Thanks to for capturing the real thing. 📸

What a performance! Thanks are in order for so many…

To Giuseppe Verdi for gifting us with this incredible work!

To the players who poured their energy and talent into every movement.

To our incredible audience who offered us your eyes, ears, and engagement for the afternoon.

To our soloists! What stunning commitment to every note and word. You truly brought the Requiem to life.

To the CSD singers, volunteers, donors, and staff — a season’s worth of work was certainly worth it to express light and dark and a full range of dynamic singing!

To Rodney, our fearless conductor, thank you for trusting us all to work together…and watch you!

Were you at today’s performance? What was your favorite or most surprising moment? ✨🎶
