Spreading joy to all! With Christmas just 8 days away, The Salvation Army invites you to be a beacon of hope and serve as a bell ringer for next week. Join us for a fulfilling 2-hour shift that will transform a family's life with kindness and generosity.

We are looking for ringers at Walmart - S. door and N. Door

Our new monthly kids’ coloring contest is here—just in time for the holidays! This month’s theme is “Snowy Christmas Train & Holiday Safety.”
Kids ages 5–10 are invited to color our special Durango Police winter train patch coloring page.
🖍 How to join:
1. Get the page: Print it from this link https://bit.ly/ProtectServeColor or pick up a copy in the Durango Police Department lobby.
2. Color it in: snow, trees, lights—make Durango’s holiday train your own!
3. Send it back:
o Take a photo of the finished masterpiece and send it to us via social media, or
o Drop it off at the DPD lobby.

🏆 Featured Artists (5–7 & 8–10):
We’ll feature two artists at the end of December and invite them to stop by the station for a prize, a photo with officers and their artwork and a tour of the Durango Police Department.
📅 Deadline: December 22, 2025
Please include your child’s first name, age, and a parent/guardian contact with the submission. By sending us the artwork, you’re giving us permission to share their drawing and first name/age on our social media.
We can’t wait to see how our young artists bring this snowy Christmas train to life. 💙🎨

Stop by North City Market and see The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, ringing the bell. They are dancing and ringing the bell. Started Monday 12/08 - and going until 12/13. We love seeing the excitement, Thank you for all your hard work.
