Stay warm and manage your home energy costs through our partnership with Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC). EOC provides vital support for energy bills, furnace repairs, solar subscriptions, and efficiency upgrades to ensure every neighbor can afford their home’s essential needs.

Since 1989, EOC has invested over $410 million in statewide programs to help communities save money and reduce energy usage. LPFCC is proud to connect you with these resources quickly—working directly with our case workers to guide you through the application process and determine eligibility.

Join Linda Illsley, local health and well-being facilitator, for a series designed to support parents and caregivers in understanding how children’s brains grow, learn, and thrive. Using accessible brain science and practical tools, each session explores ways adults can create supportive environments that nurture emotional regulation, resilience, and lifelong learning.

This is a series, and attending the sessions in order is the best experience — but it’s not required. There is no registration needed, so you can simply drop in to any session that works for you:

1️⃣ How to Create a Healthy Environment - April 11, 2026, 10am-11am

Explore how safety, connection, routines, and relationships shape a child’s developing brain and learn practical ways to build environments that support growth and well-being.

2️⃣ Limiting Beliefs Date/Time - April 18, 2026, 10am-11am

Examine how adult beliefs (often inherited or unconscious) influence children’s confidence and behavior. Learn strategies for fostering a growth-oriented, empowering mindset.

3️⃣ Memory & Supporting Learning - April 25, 2026, 10am-11am

Learn how memory works in the developing brain and discover simple, brain-based strategies to support learning, attention, and retention at home by creating habits that support learning.

💙 Early Intervention helps babies and toddlers learn, grow, and thrive. 🌱

Community Connections’ Early Intervention (EI) program supports children birth to age three who may need help reaching developmental milestones like crawling, speaking, or exploring their environment. 👶

EI connects families with services such as occupational, speech, and physical therapy, while coaching caregivers to support their child’s progress through play-based learning. 🧸

EI is free, family-centered, and available to all. 💛
