🌟 Summer 2027 staff applications are officially OPEN for all at Camp Barney Medintz! 🌟

Working at Camp Barney is more than a summer job. It’s a chance to make an impact, grow as a leader, build real-world skills, and be part of a community unlike any other.

Our staff set the tone for camp—encouraging campers to try new things, take on challenges, build confidence, and be themselves. And along the way, staff grow too, gaining leadership, teamwork, problem-solving skills, friendships, and experiences that last far beyond the summer.

From counselors and specialty roles to office and health center staff, interns, and program leadership, there are opportunities for all kinds of interests and experience levels.

💙 Make an impact. Grow. Be part of something bigger.

Summer 2027 starts with you. Apply today! campbarney.org/staff

For 65 summers, kids have come to Camp Barney to have the time of their lives—and discover just how much they’re capable of along the way. Now it’s your camper’s turn.
