Dunwoody Community Garden and Orchard at Brook Run

Dunwoody Community Garden and Orchard at Brook Run Our mailing address is PO Box 888442, Dunwoody GA 30356 The organic orchard was added in 2012.

The Dunwoody Community Garden and Orchard at Brook Run (DCGO) was founded in 2009 by a handful of Dunwoody residents seeking a sunny location for family-friendly organic gardening. The Garden’s location within Brook Run Park was facilitated by DeKalb County and the just-forming City of Dunwoody. Two unused greenhouses and a barn, formerly part of the now-closed Georgia Retardation Center, were also made available for DCGO’s use.
