WOW, I cannot believe the lengths that my neighbor will go in order to try to ruin us. Claiming to be animal lovers. Doing the absolute opposite. What they are doing, if they could succeed at it, would end up having many of these dogs euthanized, as there is nowhere else for them to go and especially because they keep using trigger words in order to get attention to try to hurt us saying the dogs are dangerous, vicious and diseased 😥 Lying about these precious fur babies in a way that could hurt them is just horrible. I actually feel sorry for them that they are such hateful people. I have really been struggling not to hate them, but just to pray for them. Anyone that has hate in their heart that much cannot have much happiness. They have spent over 2 years now doing everything they can to make our lives miserable. Calling animal control, the city, the county, even calling the police, having them do a well check on my son saying that they hadn't seen him in a while and we had vicious dangerous dogs here. They have been blowing an air horn multiple times a day, at times, when the dogs are barking. Sometimes they've even blown it when the dogs weren't even barking. I understand that the barking can be annoying, but it's not like all of them are barking at once. I have a few that bark a lot. Those dogs I bring in very often. They're never out for more than 30 minutes to an hour at the most. When they first started harassing me they said that I should have gone around to the neighbors to ask them how they felt about me starting a dog rescue. I wonder if they went around the neighborhood asking the neighbors how they felt about them blowing an air horn every day. I believe that negatively affects a lot more neighbors than our dogs barking do. Their claims to animal control are for animal cruelty and neglect, which obviously are totally unfounded. Wasting their valuable time. The only thing that they care about is themselves and that the barking annoys them. So of course they don't care about risking the lives of these dogs for their convenience. Now it seems that they have reached out to all of the homeowners insurance agencies to try to cause us harm. Committing identity theft by putting my personal information in the form without my consent, slander/defamation of character/harassment, lying, saying that we are running an illegal dog rescue, and claiming that the dogs are dangerous. I don't understand how people can get away with lying so much when obviously those lies can be so easily disproven. I imagine that them doing so has caused a lot of people not to trust them. I've tried to be silent about this as much as possible, because I hate all of the negativity. I just feel very discouraged about this. I hate having to live so close to people that hate us so much and that want to do anything that they can to destroy us 🥺 Moving is not an option for a multitude of reasons. Please send positive thoughts and prayers for us and that the neighbors will find some way to stop hating us so much and stop harassing us 🙏🏼 I know they have people here on our page checking in on us and I'm sure that they do as well, so if they do see this or hear about it I just wish that they would find a way to be able to leave us alone. In the beginning I reached out trying to see if we could work together to find a compromise, but the answer to that was no. It seems like we have to live near each other so I wish that we could just find a way to do that peacefully. I do not want this to turn into some kind of witch hunt. I'm not going to name names or give out their address. I'm only posting this because I'm feeling a little alone in this and could use a little support from our amazing village ❤️
