We’re all settling back into the fall routine over here at PNF, and everyone knows keeping active (any way you can) should be a part of your routine 😊

Help us deliver these adorable squeezies to our local nursing home residents - they’ll provide some light exercise to help strengthen their grip and keep up those muscles! 💪❤️
