The Chautauqua County Land Bank Corporation (CCLBC) is a 501c3 that promotes strong neighborhoods and vibrant community through its Sales4Rehab program, as well as through the demolition of blighted properties and repurposing of vacant lots. Our Mission

The mission of the Chautauqua County Land Bank Corporation is to acquire and manage strategically selected vacant, and/or foreclosed properties and return them to productive use. The Chautauqua County Land Bank Corporation (CCLBC) seeks to minimize the negative impacts that substandard properties and structures have on communities, thereby stabilizing neighborhoods and main streets alike.

Had a wonderful week of collaboration at the national Reclaiming Vacant Properties conference in Pittsburgh. Hanging with the Jamestown DoD Team and our county Lead Mitigation Program Director for their 1st conf attendance was a bonus! Lots of great sessions this year to help us apply new strategies to affordable housing solutions across the county.

Governor Hochul announced that Jamestown will receive $10 million in funding as the Western New York winner of the ninth round of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), and the Villages of Falconer and Hamburg will each receive $4.5 million as the winners of the fourth round of NY Forward.
