Congratulations Alice Marie Gripp, Miss Mardi Gras 2026!
Congratulations are also due to Veronica Foxx, Runner Up and Justine B. Knight, Most Entertaining.
All three competitors were fierce, they gave it their all and had fun doing it, the energy they served was felt by everyone in the packed house. They truly put on a fantastic show, even running back and forth from the upstairs dressing room through the rainstorm they didn’t let it damper their spirits. All three queens were perfect in their own way and let it shine through last night.
I was taken back by the true sisterhood that was exemplified when Alice was crowned. So often contestants can be bitter because they didn’t place first, not at MMG 2026! Justine & Veronica helped secure Alice’s crown with style & grace. No animosity or ill will. Truly graceful & professional. These three queens are a class act, second to none.
