This Giving Tuesday, we are rallying our community to Support Our Seniors All Season.
Every ride, every Sunday Supper, every check-in makes life brighter for our Elders. And this year, we are aiming to raise $10,000 to keep this care going strong.

• Drive Seniors to appointments and errands
• Host joyful monthly Sunday Suppers
• Deliver meals, care packages, and wellness check-ins

You can never predict when an opportunity will spark passion and inspiration. During the pandemic, a call for assistance was made for seniors in Turner Station, and Arkia Jamaludeen-Wade stepped up to respond. She was matched with Ms. Judy, a long-time resident of Turner Station, whose vibrant spirit is rivaled only by her bright smile. This partnership blossomed into a genuine friendship, leading Arkia to uncover her passion for helping seniors and recognize the significant need within her community. Soon after, the initiative to establish Neighborhood Companions Inc. was launched and has been impacting the community ever since!

Today, join us in celebrating Arkia’s birthday by donating $16 to Neighborhood Companions Inc. to support the work she does everyday for her community!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the Intergenerational Sip and Paint this past Tuesday at the Fleming Senior center!
