Notice: There is a post on one of the ATV/UTV sites claiming that there is a state law that ATV/UTV trails are closed when the fire danger is high to extreme. To clarify, it is a county decision to open or close trails under these conditions. Some counties in Northwest Wisconsin do close under these conditions however Marinette County is open. Not to downplay the serious fire risks, please be responsible with smoking materials etc. under these conditions but our trails and all routes remain open, the county will post on letterhead any changes. Ride Safe, Ride Right, Ride Sober.

Please Note: The trail between Twin Lake Road and White House bar in Goodman will remain closed until further notice due to private land owner hunting. They will notify us as soon as they are done hunting and are opening the gates.

Dun-Good Trail Report 5/1/26 – Trails opened this morning and all washouts repaired and most of the grooming completed we will be doing some final grooming touch up on Friday between 12 Foot Falls and old A and the new trail north to Florence County line. Everything else is in good shape. There is a lot of water out there so the puddle lovers will enjoy it. Watch for groomers Friday enjoy the rest of the weekend. Ride Safe, Ride Right, Ride Sober.

Dun-Good Riders Trails – Marinette County has announced the opening of the ATV/UTV trails Friday, May 1, 2026. With that in mind we have had enough volunteers this week to clean the trails and no longer need the clean-up day on Saturday, May 2, so this clean-up day is cancelled. We appreciate everyone that volunteered to help on Saturday, now you can have the opportunity to come up and enjoy the trails instead of working on them. We will post a trail condition report April 30 once everything is groomed up and ready to go.

Cancel previous announcement of opening nothing has come from Forester I was forwarded 2025 Announcement. We will update and announce once we hear from Forester.

No announcement from the County Forester on when trails will open. Posts have been circulating with the 2025 opening letter, nothing has been announced for 2026. Stay tuned.

Dun-Good Riders April Meeting Change. Due to conflicts with all of the local Annual Town Meetings on Tuesday we will be rescheduling the April monthly meeting from Tuesday April 21 to Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Dunbar Club Shed. Sorry for any issues.

Dun-Good Riders spring trail clean up - We will be having our spring trail clean up day Saturday, May 2, 2026. Meet at the club shed and heading out to work at 9:00 a.m. We will meet back at the shed for food and beverages mid-afternoon. If you are able to help we would like a head count for food prep.
