Young Marines

The Young Marines is a youth education and service program for boys and girls, ages 8 through high school.

The program focuses on teaching the values of leadership, teamwork and self-discipline, so its members can live a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We celebrate the retirement of Young Marine Sergeant Major Chingiz Bahadur from Potomac River Young Marines. Along the way, Chingiz grew into a leader who could light up a room, mentor Young Marines from the newest recruits to our top leaders, and make a lasting impact wherever he went.

The Hanover Area Young Marines from Hanover, PA experienced the Friday Evening Parade, met Chesty XVI, connected with Marines, and even received a special shoutout from the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps for YM/PFC Adkins’ perfectly rolled sleeves! 💪🇺🇸

The Foothills Young Marines from Thornton, CO had the honor of presenting the color guard at the MLB Colorado Rockies game during the celebration of Colorado’s 150th birthday.

Representing their state and honoring the traditions of those who served before them was a moment they won’t soon forget.

Every Friday, the Young Marines of Morgan County in Gosport, IN stand alongside Spirit 45 honoring veterans who have passed with a final roll call and Taps. ❤️🤍💙

YM/LCpl Caleb Reese, YM/LCpl Conner Reese, YM/LCpl Maximus Bailey, and YM/PFC Daniel Johnson have shown up consistently for nearly a year and help to set up and break down each week. 🇺🇸
