The National Leadership Academy is designed to hone these skills on a three step level. These levels are the junior, senior, and advanced leadership schools combined. Each level focuses on leadership for particular skill levels as defined in the junior, senior and advanced guidebooks. Upon completion of each level the Young Marine graduate should have a working knowledge of the performance objectives for the respective guidebooks.
