“Our job is not to deny the story, but to defy the ending—to rise strong, recognize our story, and rumble with the truth until we get to a place where we think, ‘Yes. This is what happened. This is my truth. And I will choose how this story ends.’”
— Brené Brown

Your story is yours to define. There is strength in honoring your truth and choosing how you move forward. 💙

“Be patient. Take up space. Let your journey be the balm.”
— Dawn Serra

This week’s quote is a reminder that healing doesn’t have a timeline. You are allowed to take up space, move at your own pace, and honor your journey in whatever way feels right for you. Your healing is valid, and it deserves care and compassion. 💙

“You’re not a victim for sharing your story. You are a survivor setting the world on fire with your truth. And you never know who needs your light, your warmth, and raging courage.”
— Alex Elle

This week’s quote is a reminder that sharing your truth is an act of strength and courage. Your voice matters, and your story has the power to help others feel seen, supported, and less alone🩵

“I can be changed by what happens to me, but I refuse to be reduced by it.” — Maya Angelou ✨

This quote is a reminder that what we experience may shape us, but it does not define our worth, strength, or future. Survivors are more than what happened to them: they are powerful, resilient, and deserving of healing and support 🫶

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month💙

This month, we stand with survivors, honor their strength, and work to raise awareness, support, and prevention in our community. Sexual violence affects people of all genders, ages, sexual orientations, and backgrounds. No one should have to face it alone.

Join us throughout April for events, resources, and conversations centered on healing, empowerment, and advocacy.

Together, we can create a safer, more supportive campus for everyone.
