DULUTH MN SAFETY WARNING & A $10,000 REWARD.
Chemical attacks on tourists, bicyclists, homeless persons & children, even the disabled in wheelchairs are attacked.
This video shows targeted chemical attacks on people in the Canal Park area of Duluth Aug 14, 2026.
Commonly called "rolling coal," the exhaust on these trucks has been tampered with and removed. All the pollution control devices have been discarded and a straight pipe put in. With the main purpose to spray thick black carcinogenic diesel smoke or AKA "roll coal" on the undesirable people they come across.
The Duluth Police, St Louis County Sheriff and the Minnesota State Patrol refuse to acknowledge or act to protect public safety. Why? We believe it's political. At the No Kings rallies in Duluth during the past year. Deleted diesel trucks have also been used to spray thick black smoke at demonstrators. Again, we witnessed two Duluth Police officers watching the chemical attacks, and they refused to do a FN thing. They actually fled the area away from us when we questioned them about doing nothing.
During the past year we have documented over 100 different trucks spraying thick black smoke at anyone unlucky enough to be in the area of Canal Park. Especially the large municipal parking lot where these thugs gather in the evening. Our volunteers have embedded themselves all over Canal Park with dash cams and body worn cameras. What we have witnessed and documented is a complete lack of public safety.
BINGO - The evening of August 14th 2026 there was a lot of watching the local youth drive their deleted diesel trucks around Canal Park and spray diesel exhaust on young children riding electric scooters, homeless persons, pedestrians, families, even the disabled in wheelchairs are not immune to chemical attacks, while the Duluth Police watch and chuckle. It is absolutely disgusting to watch bigots with badges do nothing, while people suffer from carcinogenic black smoke sprayed at them while trying to enjoy an evening on Lake Superior.
We watched the red chevy pickup in this video with two young white males inside, Minnesota black plate ZCT495 being driven recklessly at high speeds, without lights, over the center yellow line, for over an hour and we counted at least 42 rolling coal sessions, all directed at people and children. In the video you will see the camera operator was sprayed after the children on electric scooters got sprayed.
The red chevy truck is not the only vehicle being driven recklessly and spraying diesel exhaust. There were 4 other trucks spraying thick black exhaust during the same time. The most common area for these attacks are on Lake Ave from Green Mill to The Bridge. One truck, a red ford, had no rear lights at all, no license plates at all, constantly revving the engine and spewing raw diesel exhaust at people. The Duluth Police had two squads watching... and did nothing.
The red ford drove immediately past both squads, with zero lights and thick black smoke rolling out and nothing. In June 2025 after parking our vehicle on Lake Ave myself and 6 others from the Center For Judicial and Police Reform & Accountability were attacked by a black chevy crew cab jacked up duramax diesel truck while parking and walking into Old Chicago. After we were sprayed they then attacked 3 men, 2 in wheelchairs using the sidewalk heading towards the bridge. We tried to make a report to the Duluth Police, and they would have nothing to do with it. "We cannot do anything about that sir."
Since June 2025 we have been documenting reckless driving and the use of deleted diesel trucks as weapons by over 100 mostly young white males. Over 60% of the Minnesota license plates are the Minnesota 100 club/first responder sponsor plate, we very much feel these driver choose these plates to appeal to law enforcement, like a bribe. While interviewing some of these young adults while wearing a body camera, we learned that even family of Duluth Police officers are rolling coal. And the fact that family members of law enforcement are out driving illegal vehicles on our roadways and rolling coal on people, just may be the reasons why they are not acting on these serious crimes.
We personally listened to numerous young white males brag to us about the Duluth Police officer's they have in their family and there are others who have a parent that are deputies with the St Louis County Sheriff. They also said nothing will happen, as the police will not do anything about it. These kids really believe they are doing nothing wrong. They repeatedly stated: "trucks breathe better, are faster, sound better, use less fuel, and it doesn't hurt the environment." We then watch one of the trucks roll coal into two Duluth Police squad cars and nothing.
We also have a Duluth Police officer we personally recognized on video coming over to talk to his brother about what he is doing while driving his truck. What we heard was more of a warning to get out of the city, before the people you are getting interviewed by start digging under the trucks and taking pictures, and not talk to us. Never Told him not to roll coal though. He used his position and while in uniform, to come over and advise his brother to escape us before we learn more. Instead of protecting the people of Duluth from his brother spraying thick black diesel exhaust on the citizens, he instead warned him to escape any accountability.
We also asked while wearing a body camera, "what about the carcinogenic nature of the exhaust you are purposely and willingly spraying at people to breathe?" The response: "just don't breath it, or I've been breathing it for years, I'm fine...'" Another problematic issue is these people also believe that the people they are spraying are fu@king moron tourists, homeless pieces of s**t, or they don't even know they are being sprayed, that's what's so funny about it," they said it over and over.

We will also be releasing the video of this bigot cop and what he told his brother and how he used his position of power to thwart any accountability his brother deserves.
